Birth Doula
Emotional and physical support for a family or person throughout the birthing journey. Your advocate to help facilitate communication with your team ensuring that you have the information you need to make informed decisions regarding your baby’s birth. Provides reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, makes suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning, and other techniques for your comfort.

Energy healing and clearing tailored to your specific needs, desires and intentions. Honored to be recognized as "a magical walking reiki goddess" Elizabeth's intuition is strong, allowing her helping hands to do what others need before they know exactly what will help them. Rooted deeply in mother Gaia she offers unconditional love and compassion. Gift yourself or others one reiki session or a series of healing sessions. Allowing the energy to build potency and momentum to awaken the divine intelligence of your own self healing abilities and gifts. Available for anyone at any age or stage of this beautiful life. Distance (virtual) or in person sessions are available. Sessions usually last 90 minutes up to 3 hours in length. Elizabeth will come to your home or meet you in a natural setting in or around Eugene, OR.

Postpartum Care
Provides non-medical physical, emotional and informational support after the birth or adoption of your baby. Assists with self-care, recovery, postpartum comfort measures, infant care, parenting information, and help learning to feed and care for your baby. Practical support will include preparing nourishing meals, snacks & drinks, running errands, and caring for your nest while you bond with baby. The tasks provided by Elizabeth each day/night will depend on each families' particular desires.
